Contract
Support Services.
All paying Customers are entitled to access the knowledge base contained at support.zint.io, or any other website notified to the Customer by Zint from time to time.
The Company will provide reasonable technical support to the Customer via telephone and email. on weekdays during the hours of 9:00 am through 5:00 pm UK time (GMT or BST as applicable), with the exclusion of Bank Holidays (being a public holiday in England when banks in London are closed for business) (“Support Hours”).
The Customer may initiate a helpdesk ticket during Support Hours by emailing support@zint.io The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to all Helpdesk tickets within 3 business days.
